*Fall cleanup consists of leaf pickup and mulching, deadheading, trimming, end of season plant cut-downs, final weeding, general cleanup, and winter prep. To receive your discounted return touch up appointment, the first full fall cleanup appointment must be scheduled between September 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 and be a complete fall cleanup. That means our landscape technicians do an entire yard cleanup as stated above, including leaf pickup. If our working hours are capped, know the set hours for the first appointment must be enough to get the entire fall cleanup job finished completely before you can schedule a return discounted appointment. The returning appointment is to touch up what was already done in the previous appointment, such as cleaning up leaves that have fallen since the previous appointment. The first fall cleanup appointment, and the second discounted touch up appointment, cannot have the fall cleanup work divided in half among them, or divided in any way. The fall touch up booking is to be discounted by 25% before tax on the charge of labor only. If additional materials are required (such as leaf bags, mulch, soil, fertilizer, etc. those will be charged at full price). Rental equipment, if needed, will also be charged at full price. The return touch-up appointment can only be redeemed in the Fall of 2026 before our season ends. End of season is usually mid-November, but can change at any time due to weather. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to poor weather conditions, and will cancel a return appointment if it is booked too late in the season and we need to close for the season. The return fall cleanup touch-up booking cannot be redeemed after fall 2026, or used for any other kind of booking. The client is responsible for requesting and booking the return appointment before the season ends, and cannot assume MW Landscaping will return automatically.
